ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Salem to dispose of the execution petition in R.E.P.No.3 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein appeared to have filed a petition under Section 27 of Hindu Marriage Act in I.A.No.103 of 2018 in F.C.O.P.No.379 of 2016 and obtained order for return of articles. The said order was put into execution in R.E.P.No.3 of 2021.

4. A perusal of e-court status filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that counter of the respondent was filed in execution petition on 06.06.2022. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned for enquiry without any progress.

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to Executing Court to dispose of the R.E.P.No.3 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

6. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
