This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.03.2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.119 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447 and 506(i) of IPC.
