Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in Pro.No.9956/2011/Pa.2 dated 29.04.2011 and quash the same and to consequently direct the second respondent herein to grant the increment to the petitioner that was withheld by virtue of the impugned order with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.04.2011 passed by the first respondent, thereby imposing punishment on the petitioner for stoppage of increment for the period of one year. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition. She also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
