This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for complying with the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 03.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2660 of 2025.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court of SC/ST Act, Thiruvannamalai District is extended until 28.03.2025, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
