This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with appearance of petitioner in D.V.C.No.17 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Pondicherry.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for revision petitioner would submit that he has been falsely implicated in the deviation proceedings initiated by the 1st respondent and he was unnecessarily harassed. Hence, he prayed to dispense with his appearance before the trial court.

3. On bare perusal of records and on considering the reasons assigned by him, this Court is inclined to dispense with the appearance of petitioner till 05.04.2023.
