ANAND VENKATESH, J These petition have been filed seeking relaxation of one of the condition imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence in Crl.M.P.Nos.14912, 14923 and 14927 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1101, 1102 and 1103 of 2019, dated 23.10.2019.
2. Heard Mr.J.Nandagopal, learned counsel for petitioners.
3. When the sentence was suspended by this Court, one of the condition imposed by this Court was that the petitioners/accused shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. It is stated in the relaxation petitions that the petitioners have been complying with this condition for the past 31⁄4 years. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court is modified as follows: the petitioners/accused shall appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, during the pendency of these criminal revision cases. In all other aspects, the earlier order shall remain unaltered.
