Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.676 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29378 of 2024, dated 27.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
