Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further order to petitioner report before the learned special court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act at Chengalpattu daily at 10.30 am until further order in Crl.O.P.No.1532 of 2021 on 23.02.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SUGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is wantonly asking the petitioner to sit in the police station from morning to evening and it affects his avocation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1532 of 2021, dated 23.02.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1532 of 2021, dated 23.02.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
