A.No.1777 of 2024 in C.S.No.586 of 2016 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to accept Video Conference, considering the age and health condition of the 1st plaintiff, Smt.Lakshmi Natarajan.
2.In the last hearing, this Court suggested that instead of Video Conferencing, the witness may be examined on commission. 3.The learned counsel for the defendants today represent that they have no objection for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to examine the 1st plaintiff at her residence.
4.In view of the same, M/s.M.Gayathri, Advocate, Commissioner of Oaths, having office at No.207, New Additional Law Chamber, High Court Campus, Chennai - 600 104, Mobile No.9710519973, is appointed as Advocate Commissioner, who shall be entitled to take the suit documents with her and the Registry may facilitate the same. 5.The Advocate Commissioner shall commence the examination on 05.06.2024 and complete the examination by end of June 2024 and file a
report on or before 01.07.2024. The Advocate Commissioner shall also ensure that all the suit documents in original are safely returned back to the Registry as soon as the examination is completed. The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid an initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).
