ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17415 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26279 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26279 of 2024 by order dated 23.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17415 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26279 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
