Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2012 and provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner to construct the temple and handover the land measuring 654 sq.ft to the purchaser as per the sale deed No.3007 of 2010 dated 29.04.2010 and registered in the office of the SRO Thiruporur.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition to direct the the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2012 and provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner to construct the temple and handover the land measuring 654 sq.ft to the purchaser as per the sale deed No.3007 of 2010 dated 29.04.2010, registered in the office of the SRO Thiruporur.

the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
