O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.815 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018, was not complied with.

2. This Court, after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, issued statutory notice to the respondent on 04.09.2018. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing in pursuant to such statutory notice.

3. Sub Application No.628 of 2018 is filed praying for dispensing with the personal appearance of the respondent today. It is stated that the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 07.09.2018. The respondent has also explained the reason for not complying with the said order within the time stipulated therein.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed in the writ petition, and therefore, the contempt may be closed.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, more particularly, in view of the fact that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with, the Sub Application No.628 of 2018 is ordered. Consequently, the contempt petition is also closed.
