When these matters are called today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he could not trace out any legal representatives for the deceased petitioner.

3. It seems that in the judgment of the lower Court, no compensation is awarded. Even if there are any legal representatives, in the absence of any award for compensation, there cannot be any other cause of action to pursue the matter further. In the case in hand, no legal representative is available. Under such circumstances, the petition has to be dismissed as abated.

In the result, these Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as abated.
