ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.09.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23266 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to handover the vacant possession of the subject property to the petitioners forthwith, on

condition that the petitioners shall handover the original settlement deed which was already executed in favour of the first respondent in respect of the Tiruvarur property, forthwith.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that so far, the petitioners did not hand over the original settlement deed in favour of the first respondent.
