CMP.Nos.6876, 6877 & 6878 of 2020 in S.A.No.717 of 1999 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J., The above miscellaneous petitions are filed by the appellant to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the abatement in S.A.No.717 of 1999 insofar as the deceased first respondent is concerned, to set aside the abatement and to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title of the second appeal.
