C.M.P.No.16558 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.31869 of 2024 R.HEMALATHA , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 396 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Though notice was served on the sixth respondent and her name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on her behalf.

3. Since the respondents 4 & 5 remained absent before the Tribunal and was set exparte, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

4. Ms.A.Subadra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 396 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and print the name of Ms.A.Subadra, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 in the cause list and list the same for admission in due course.
