The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of 1/4

Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to revoke the suspension order issued in proceedings no.M3/7159/2024 dated 23.10.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been suspended on 23.10.2024 and he has been in prolonged suspension.

3.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9126 of 2025 [G.Sakthi Premchander Vs. The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited and another] dated 16.04.2025, the respondent would review the suspension of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the respondent is directed to review the suspension of the petitioner, in accordance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9126 of 2025, dated 16.04.2025, as agreed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
