The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file appeal against the judgment dated 27.10.2023 in C.C.No.647 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.V, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
