This application has been filed seeking permission to file further documents namely, Mortgage Deed dated 11.09.1980, Settlement Deed dated 31.10.1985 and Partition Deed dated 09.05.2007 and also receipts issued by the Electricity Board and Property Tax Department, Metro water and Sewerage Tax Department and also the notice issued by the Urban Land Tax Department and also the extract of Permanent Land Register.

2.These are all documents which can be categorized as public documents. A counter has been filed that in the affidavit filed in support of the judges summons there has been mention about the document of the year 1975 which has not been listed in the judges summons. But, anyway, the documents annexed to the judges summons can be produced and marked. 3.Taking that particular fact, this application stands allowed. The documents may be taken in evidence subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
