Mrs. Cynthia Gonsalvez ... Respondent/Petitioner This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the Parties and their respective counsels are absent. It is seen from the Records that CMA.No.664 and 665 of 2017 pending on the file of Hon'ble High Court of Madras was referred to the Mediation center, and, both the parties have entered into a Mediation Agreement on 03.02.2015 as hereunder:- 1.Appellant and Respondent agreed to live together happily by forgetting all the issues against each other.

2. Appellant and Respondent agreed to abide by the orders of this Hon'ble High Court.

2. Based on the above said Mediation Agreement both the CMAs. were disposed of by Hon'ble High Court on 26.02.2015. It is stated that the Decree dated 20.11.2010 made in FCOP Nos. 2170/2005 and 22/2010, on the file of Principle Judge, Family Court, Chennai are set aside and there shall be a Decree in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 03.02.2015. The present Crl.R.C.No.282 /2011 has been filed by the Petitioner aggrieved against the maintainance Order.

3. In view of the fact that both the CMAs. were disposed of based upon the Mediation Agreement by the Hon'ble High Court by the order dated 26.02.2015 Crl.R.C.No.282 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
