O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 22.6.2012, in W.P.No.8087 of 2009.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 22.6.2012, in W.P.No.8087 of 2009, had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondent. He had also placed before

this Court a copy of the Government Order, in G.O.[1D] No.234, Education Department, dated 14.7.2015, in support of his submission. A copy of the said Government Order, dated 14.7.2015, had been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it may be open to the petitioner to challenge the Government Order, in G.O.[1D]No.234, Education Department, dated 14.7.2015, if she is aggrieved by the same, before the appropriate form, in the manner known to law. No costs.
