Alleging that ration card has been wrongly issued to the respondent No.3 as residing in the property of the petitioner, petitioner has made representation to the respondent No.2 on 10.4.2014. On his non- consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration pendency of the representation, dated 10.4.2014, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner.
