Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that this matter has become infructuous since the main suit in O.S.No.2578 of 2016 on the file of the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, was dismissed on 10.03.2022. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having infructuous. No costs.
