The applicant herein had instead of depositing the amount of Rs.25000/- into the account of the Reserve Bank of India for grant of a Succession Certificate had paid a Court fee of Rs.25,000/- through ECourt and is now seeking a prayer to this Court to accept the Court fee deposited through E-Court vide receipt No.TNCT151B2357M819 dated 15.02.2023 towards Succession Duty.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to treat the sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited through E-Court vide receipt No.TNCT151B2357M819 dated 15.02.2023 towards Succession Duty.
