This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 08.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed in Special SC.No.61 of 2023 before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem on all hearing dates without fail. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police station, till the examination of PW1/victim.
