ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the appeal by setting aside the order dated 03.01.2020 passed in A.S.No. 275 of 2018. 2.This application has been filed along with CMP.No. 8666 of 2022, to condone the delay of 774 days in filing the petition to restore the appeal and the same was allowed by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2024 with costs. 3.This Court has perused the affidavit. Section 5 Application in CMP.No.8666 of 2022 filed by the petitioner and the same was allowed by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2024 with costs. In compliance of the said order, the petitioner/appellant has filed the cost memo. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed accordingly.
