Heard Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and Mr.R.Raman Lal, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents.
The present applications are filed seeking liberty to raise additional grounds in the appeals. Learned Additional Advocate-General appearing for the respondents opposes the said request.
There would be no impediment in allowing the applications to raise additional grounds. The respondents can controvert the same by filing an affidavit after the liberty is granted to raise additional grounds.
In view of that and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the applications to raise additional grounds are allowed and disposed of.
