This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry and cancel the fraudulent pattas bearing re-issued patta No.1644 dated 06.08.2021, patta No.24161 dated 13.11.2021 and patta No.24162 dated 13.11.2021 issued by 4th respondent in the names of the respondents 7 to 10 as sought for in the petitioners representation dated 28.10.2022 sent by RPAD to the respondents 1 to 6 and received by them. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, without expressing any of the view on merits of the case, the official respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

28.10.2022 and pass orders on merits after issuing notice to the interested parties and rival claimants, if any, and conducting enquiry, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
