J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the interim order dated 16 December 2017 in I.A.No.1344 of 2017 in O.P.No.2004 of 2015 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.10,000/- to his second minor son towards interim maintenance during the currency of the proceedings.

2. When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the parties have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 17 August 2018. The Joint Memo dated 17 August 2018 is taken on record. It shall form part of this judgment.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 17 August 2018. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
