The petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif, Pochampalli, to dispose of the suit OS.No.89 of 2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Considering the fact that there are over 3 IAs pending, without its disposal orders for early disposal of the suit cannot be granted. However, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Pochampalli, to dispose of the IAs within a period of 4 months from the 3/5

date of receipt of a copy of this order.
