These petitions have been filed to transpose the petitioners/5th and 7th respondents as appellants in the above second appeals.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. The petitioners are the legal representatives who are already on record. They seek for transposition as appellants, as both the appellants are no more.

4. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in both the appeals and print the name of Mr.R.Chandrasudan, the learned counsel for the appellants in the cause list.
