Heard Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, Standing Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. D.Sathyaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Second and Third Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to dispose the Petitioner application dated 18.07.2011 under the Right to Information Act, 2005, and impose penalty on Second and Third Respondents for failure to furnish information as sought.

Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent by order No.50281/tprhuiz/B/2011 dated 07.05.2012 has passed order on the application dated 18.07.2011 made by the Petitioner and he has produced a copy of the same, which is placed on record.

In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. This would not, however, preclude the rights of the Petitioner, if he still has any grievance, to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
