This petition has been filed to relax the condition [c] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. until further orders;

imposed by this Court in the order dated 24.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.589 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police to continue further period of 20 days and thereafter weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.
