This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against Judgment dated 14.12.2015 passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.126 of 2014 confirming the Judgment dated 05.09.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.484 of 2011 convicting and sentencing the petitioner herein to undergo ten months of Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs.4,000/- in default to undergo Simple Imprisonment of two months and prays to set aside the same.
