This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mattur Dam, Salem District in CMP.No.380/2010.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defacto complainant has expired and there after the complaint itself has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
