This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court regularly at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 13.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed in CC.No.954 of 2023 before the learned CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all hearing dates without fail.
