This Court, by order dated 14.03.2024, directed the learned counsel for the appellants to effect paper publication.

Accordingly, the paper publication was taken.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the above review application to review the order and decree dated 29.10.2018 in S.A.No.328 of 2015.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is ordered.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to post the review application in the usual course.
