Tmt. Girija Ramakrishnan, Coimbatore .. Respondent/Plaintiff This case is came up today before the Lok Adalat. Mr.R. Bharathkumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.T. Dhanyakumar, learned counsel for the respondent are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT O.S.67/2006 was filed before the Fast Track Court-I, Coimbatore for seeking the relief of specific performance. After trial, the suit ended infavour of the plaintiff. As against Judgment and decree passed by the Learned I Additional Fast Track Court, Coimbatore, the defendant preferred this appeal before the Hon'ble High Court. This appeal was taken on file by this court as first appeal 1084/2007. When the appeal is pending for disposal, this appeal transferred to this court (Lok Adalat) for amicable disposal.

The counsel appearing for the appellant / defendant represented before this Lok Adalat by stating that the case already been settled between the parties. To that effect the Learned Counsel for the appellant / defendant made an endorsement in the docket sheet. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / plaintiff Mr.T. Dhanyakumar also made an endorsement in the docket sheet.
