ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter viz., Elakkiya, aged about 14 years, before this Court from the alleged custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over to the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue viz., Elakkiya, aged about 14 years, was secured on 03.04.2021 and handed over to her parents on the same day.
