The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 has submitted that the petitioner has made representations dated 12.03.2022 & 01.04.2022 to the respondents alleging transfer orders issued to the 4th respondent and seeking directions, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader has further submitted that the petitioner here is not a aggrieved person https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to file the present writ petition and further submitted that the 3rd respondent has passed order in favour of the 4th respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka.No. A4/284/2020, dated 31.03.2022, therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. It is for the petitioner to challenge the said order passed by the 3rd respondent before the appropriate forum.
