ORDER

The husband is the petitioner herein. Although he had sought for a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2024 filed by his wife on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, to the Family Court, Salem, however, 1/5

he would now submit that he has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2023 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2024.

2.Considering the above submission, H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2023 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem, is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2024.

3.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
