(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 380 of I.P.C., in Crime No.26 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.C.Renuka, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
