2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Crl.O.P.No.32161 dated 21.01.2025 (a) the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear once in two weeks, viz., Monday at 10:30 a.m.until further orders.
