Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to Calculate 50% of Wages for the period from the date of removal from 23-8-1983 to 23-11-2005 (i.e) the date of Award and for payment of full wages from 24.11.2005 to 30.9.2006 and pension from 1-10-2006 upto the date of payment and subsequently monthly payment of pension with 12% compound interest less Rs.86,811/- already paid within a time limit as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
