ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment put up by the fifth respondent in pathway located at S.F.No.194/4, Koothampoondi Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.

3. The learned Government Advocate stated that the said encroachment has been removed on 8.7.2019. This fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.
