..3rd Respondent in Crl.OP.19365/2015 Common Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents not to poke their nose in a civil matter and not to harass the petitioner any further with regard to the complaint given by Mrs. Devi demanding the police to force the petitioner to refund the alleged rental advance of which the petitioner has no knowledge.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that, on a complaint given by one Renuka Devi, before K3, Aminjikari Police Station, petition enquiry is pending. On a reading of the complaint, the complainant had alleged that Vimala, the petitioner herein, has received Rs.30,000/- as advance and that she is not returning the amount. This is strongly refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry and submit her version of case and she shall not be harassed.
5. In so far as Crl.OP.19365 of 2015 is concerned, since the complaint is before K3, Aminjikarai Police Station, this Court directs the petitioner to appear for enquiry there and the respondent Police herein/K4, Anna Nagar Police Station, shall not harass the petitioner on further complaints given by Renuka Devi. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
