O R D E R

Pursuant to order of this Court dated 03.01.2020 in C.R.P.(PD).No.1229 of 2019, H.M.O.P.No.544 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as C.R.P.(PD).No.2020 of 2020. 2/4

2. Parties had entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 10.07.2019 and Clause (v) reads as follows:

''v. The respondent agreed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.544 of 2017 which is pending on the file of Tambaram Sub Ordinate Court after passing the order in the above C.R.P.''

3. Therefore, in the light of the above, C.R.P.(PD).No.2020 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn thereby bringing an end to this matrimonial proceedings. In view of the dismissal of H.M.O.P.No.544 of 2017, now numbered as C.R.P.(PD).No.2020 of 2020, no further orders are required in C.R.P.(PD).No.1229 of 2019 and is accordingly closed. 17.12.2020 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes ssn To The Subordinate Court, Tambaram.
