This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.4 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15308 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23122 of 2024 by an order dated 05.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23122 of 2024 by the order dated 20.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15308 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23122 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is relaxed.
