This Civil Revision petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the members to the second respondent society.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as the tenure of the members of the second respondent society is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the parties to raise their objections after fresh appointment is made.
