Challenging the order of the first respondent in CBSE/RO(M)/ CORRN/2018/FN/18270 dated 24.01.2019 and seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to effect name change in respect of father's name of A.RoselinBrighty as Andrews instead of S.Arumugam in school records of the third respondent, the Writ Petition has been filed.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the request of the petitioner has already been complied with.
